NORTEC Recruitment – Home of 100 Jobs in 100 Days!
The Tweed can proudly say it is the home of ‘100 Jobs in 100 Days’. NORTEC Recruitment has been recognised nationally for its innovative annual campaign 100 Jobss in 100 Days (see media page).
The campaign aims to place 100 jobseekers into work within 100 days and each year since the campaign has run (2007 will be its 6th year running), NORTEC Recruitment have blitzed its target, last year placing 128 permanent positions and also 100s of casual and temporary work placements within the 100 day timeframe.
The campaign motive is to increase awareness and stimulate employment prospects on the Tweed. To further inspire the business community to become involved, a charity is nominated to receive a substantial donation at the end of a successful campaign.
After a successful campaign in 2005, NORTEC donated over $4000 each to the Murwillumbah and Tweed Hospitals; in 2006 NORTEC donated $4000 to the NSW Cancer Council and in 2007 donated $4000 to Fingal Rovers Volunteer Surf Lifesaving.
