NORTEC Employment and Training Ltd provide a range of recruitment services for businesses and jobseekers (including labour hire and permanent staffing placements), as well as being a registered training organisation delivering industry training and traineeships both locally and nationally. These activities allow us to fund and support a range of positive community initiatives including NORTEC Youth Services, NORTEC Business Incubators and NORTEC Volunteering.

Based in the Northern Rivers and Tweed Heads region of Northern NSW, NORTEC Employment and Training Ltd is a not for profit organisation that prides itself on its long-standing community development involvement. NORTEC came about as the result of a merger between Ballina Employment and Training Centre (BETC) and Tweed’s TTEC Enterprises Ltd (TTEC). The merger of these two companies brought together over 50 years of experience in employment, training and community programs.
